In The Tempest the Bard wrote, "Hell is empty, and all the devils are here." He could have easily been describing the financial crisis, its causes, and its aftermath. My interview with the coauthor of "All The Devils Are Here: The Hidden History of the Financial Crisis" takes us deep into the details of what went wrong and why.
